R & D Caulking, Inc. was founded in 1990 in Atlanta, GA by Robert Rainwater and Charles Dye.  When they began their business, Bobby and Chuck focused primarily on pressure cleaning.  Over the years they have become moisture control specialists.  Together they have built a thriving business based on excellent quality and customer service.  Bobby and Chuck have over 30 years of combined field experience and have had the opportunity to work with many leading construction companies across the Southeast.
